In order to fully leverage their global presence and deliver in-line with their brand promise, the company made every effort not only to harmonize systems and processes but to also create ONE global culture that has collaboration at its core.
In 2016, they asked greytogreen to contribute to this quest.
greytogreen began by creating a customized version of their successful learning program greytogreen CHOICES & RESULTS. The flow of the program was adjusted and situations that mirrored the client’s daily reality were created. The graphic style was also changed to more closely align with the “look and feel” of their corporate identity.
A series of pilot tests demonstrated that participants could easily accept the program as one of their own. They showed great enthusiasm with respect to the learning content and overall experience.
By mid-2017, about 30 internal facilitators were trained and started offering the program around the globe.
